Why work with me!
I have over 5 years of teaching experience, face to face and online, and I am a TEFL Certified teacher who speaks fluently, and with confidence, hence I will teach and groom you to do the same and more.
I have a Diploma in Sales Management, Marketing and Public relations and I have experience working in the corporate work environment which makes me a competitive teacher as far as teaching Business English is concerned.
Who do I teach?
I teach students from the age 16 and upwards to adults of any age and of the following English levels, beginners (A1), pre-intermediate (A2),intermediate (B1), and upper intermediate (B2).
My teaching style
I custom-tutor my different students according to their preferences, needs and English level. I mentor my students to speak English with confidence and optimism and encourage them to be friends with the dictionary and English-related books to learn new words and gain more fluency.
Your lesson curriculum can include business English, general fluency, idioms and expressions, vocabulary grammar, interview skills, reading, writing, exam preparation and more.
For keen students, I will give you assignments in line with our lessons. I assess student’s English level during the trial lesson and in every other lesson afterwards as well through their performance or grades in tests and exercises.
What to expect in the trial lesson
Book a trial lesson with me so that I can help you attain your English goals, by assessing your English level and requirements in the first trial lesson. I am open to students who want to practice holding a conversation and speaking confidently and those who want to learn intensively. Just let me know your preferences and I will assist you accordingly.
During your trial lesson, we will discuss your goals and expected deadlines and I will craft the right curriculum for you. The trial lesson is also a time for us to get to know each other, on a tutor-and-student-basis, while I also concurrently assess your spoken English and confidence as you speak then we will have a short lesson.
